Note: this program can be adjusted to 6 weeks weeks in length if your schedule does not match up with mine. Keep in mind that I work on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays and if you want to do this particular package, you will need to be able to come in on those days. It is also possible that you will want to do this program a few times to get deeper and deeper results.
week 1: Consists of two massage sessions during the week each 1 hour 15 minutes. First session focuses on the feet and front of the legs. Second massage focuses on back of the legs and hips.
week 2: Consists of two massage sessions. First massage is 1 hour 15 minutes and focuses on back, hips, shoulders while face down and the abdomen while face up. Second massage is 90 minutes and focuses on hands, arms, shoulders, chest, neck, head and face.
week 3: 60 minute massage focusing on any "trouble" areas that we found in previous sessions.
week 4: 90 minute full body massage, integrating the whole body.
