How do you get a positive and profound physical and mental shift from massage therapy?  I have been designing a massage program for a while that addresses the whole body in regular sessions that focus each week on a different area of the body.  the package concludes with two sessions, first a session to work on your "trouble" areas and lastly, a 90 minute full body massage.  Due to the nature of the program I can only take on a limited number of people at a time, so schedule yours soon!

brand new! Full Body Transformation Series: to renew, inspire, transform

Series length: 8 weeks 
Benefits include improved posture, enhanced body awareness, reduction and elimination of tension and pain throughout the body, stress relief, improved sleep, enhanced athletic performance and recovery after exercise.  
Week 1: Your first session will last 2 hours including a postural analysis that will help determine your body patterning and how the massage work can be tailored to fit your individual needs.  The first session is a 90 minute full body massage for further assessment, relaxation, detoxification, and to prepare you for the series.
Week 2: 90 minute massage session focusing on the feet and legs up to and including the knees.  This session has some really good and thorough work on the feet, including reflexology.
Week 3: 90 minute massage working from the knees up to the hips, supine and prone.
Week 4: 90 minute massage for the abdomen (psoas included), ribs, back and shoulders and shoulder girdle will prone (face down).
Week 5: 60 minute massage for the hands, arms, shoulders, chest including upper ribs (intercostals) and upper trapezius while supine (face up).
Week 6: 60 minute massage for the head, face, neck.  Includes detailed work on the ears (reflexology), and some pretty life-changing work on the neck. This session has some major effects on the entire body as the series in-depth work is completed.
Week 7: 60 minute massage focusing on any trouble areas that we found in previous sessions.
Week 8: This week completes your transformation.  Including postural analysis, session will last 2 hours.  Session begins with a new postural analysis and finishes with a 90 minute full body massage, integrating the whole body.
Cost: $705, prepay $215 for first two sessions, then pay for each individual session from week 3 until completion.   Prepay entire series and get it for $685 ($20 savings)
